Unified Clinical Framework

Speech, reading, and writing are deeply interconnected, all stemming from the brain's language processing centers. Our approach integrates these disciplines, recognizing that a struggle in one area often reflects a challenge in the underlying linguistic architecture.

We move beyond isolated difficulties to address the root causes, ensuring comprehensive and lasting improvements in phonological processing, orthographic mapping, and expressive language. This holistic view guides every diagnostic evaluation and intervention plan.

Specialized Intervention

Core Clinical Tracks

Our practice offers targeted intervention across the full spectrum of pediatric speech and literacy challenges. Each track is built on the latest research and tailored to individual needs.

Speech Sound Disorders

Dyslexia Intervention

Reading Comprehension

Expert evaluation and therapy for articulation, phonological disorders, motor speech delays, and expressive language difficulties, ensuring clear and confident communication.

Specialized clinical support for dyslexia, decoding challenges, and phonological processing deficits, building foundational reading skills with evidence-based protocols. Our clinicians are Wilson trained.

Your child can read the words, but doesn't seem to understand what they read. Reading comprehension is not only a reading skill. It is also a language skill. Children also need vocabulary, verbal reasoning, inferencing, narrative skills, background knowledge and the ability to organize and express what they've understood.

Academic Language and Language Based Learning Difficulties

Writing Help

Some children have plenty of ideas but struggle to get those ideas onto paper. They may know what they want to say but have difficulty forming complete sentences, choosing precise words, organizing their thoughts, or developing a clear paragraph.

We provide targeted intervention for language-based writing difficulties, including syntax construction, organizational strategies, and the development of coherent, expressive written communication.

Some children are bright, verbal, and eager to learn- but still struggle with reading comprehension, writing, or understanding and expressing complex ideas. These difficulties may be related to underlying language skills, including vocabulary, sentence structure, narrative language, and the academic language required for school success.

We provide specialized support for children with language-based learning difficulties. These often come with diagnoses such as ADHD, Dyslexia, and difficulties such as executive functioning, working memory, time management and organization, and weak oral language skills.

Our Clinical Commitment

Diagnostic rigor, not generic academic tutoring.

We look at the language skills underneath reading, comprehension, vocabulary, and academic performance.

Begin with Diagnostic Clarity

A precise understanding of your child's needs is the first step toward effective intervention. Schedule an assessment to discuss a tailored path forward.
