How much does Speech Therapy cost?

Evaluate

This is the first step in the process. Using the most up to date standardized tests and procedures, we will complete an evaluation of you or your child's speech and/or language skills to find areas of strength as well as areas that need to be worked on. These weaker areas will become goals for therapy.

Treat

Once we've determined the goals to work on in speech and language therapy, a unique and individualized plan of care will be drafted.

Therapy sessions are 30 minutes and depending on the nature of the goals therapy will be recommended once or twice per week.

Myofunctional

Has your child's dentist sent you? Tongue thrust due to thumb sucking, extended pacifier use or overall poor oral habits can cause issues with teeth alignment and swallowing patterns. Let our team help your loved one learn new, good oral habits and eliminate the need for expensive and long term orthodontic treatments.

Short answer- YES. We are IN NETWORK with Horizon BCBS of NJ and participate in over 18 plans.

Long answer- we can use something called a Superbill, which ALL insurance companies will accept. The amount your plan will reimburse you varies by company and plan, but the good news is we use standard codes, so you can call ahead of time and ask them!
